Thai boxing - Muay Thai
Thai boxing is one of the oldest forms of martial arts. It means "fight of the free". In this kind of martial arts fighters strike with elbows, fists, knees and shins. Muay Thai is one of the toughest forms of martial arts. Thanks to MMA, Thai boxing is becoming increasingly popular.
Over the course of its existence, Thai boxing has undergone some changes. Fights are no longer fought with bare hands and have a number of strict rules. Traditionally, fights are held to Thai music that sets the rhythm, similar to capoeira.
